I only just noticed because I’ve fallen behind on my blog reading, but this is one of my favourites, so it’ll mean some catch-up reading.

Thanks for the tip.
Nice of the Optimizer blog authors to tell us. Weird.
It gets better. There’s a ‘We moved’ post in the new location but not redirecting folk from the old blog.
Clever people these CBO folk but they really need to read up on introductory blogging.
Yeah, I was a bit confused too and I think the new posts might just be old posts.
Content’s still good.
Maybe an idea to add a link here to the old location. The current “archives” don’t contain any old posts…
Done. Hopefully all of the posts might be moved over, though.
Boy you guys are harsh! What actually happened was Doug found the new blog site while we were still in transition mode, meaning we were moving content over and trying out the new blog format with the “we moved” message. It was not suppose to be public at that point, which was my mistake. We officially launched the new blog last week. All of the archive article have been moved over. We do appreciate your interest and hope the confusion of the move didn’t put you off. I will take Andy C’s advise and take a blogging class.

I know, Maria – tough crowd 😉

I doubt it. The content *rocks*
I will take Andy C’s advise and take a blogging class.
I think that’s “advice”. As I said, tough crowd 😉
On a serious note, I should probably have dropped you a note and I wasn’t that bothered by the switch-over, but that Andy C is a *nightmare*! LOL
Shame I won’t be at OOW this year, was hoping to buy you a drink to thank you for the terrific posts and help this year
Sorry to hear you won’t make it to Open World this year. We have some killer Optimizer sessions lined up and would have enjoyed your comments on them. But perhaps we will get a chance to meet up at either UKOUG or HOTSOS early next year!. See you really shouldn’t dangle the promise of a beer in front of a Paddy, since they won’t ever let you forget it!! : )
UKOUG – definitely, if my submission is accepted.
Hotsos – quite possibly.
There’s always one more beer opportunity just around the corner 😉
