Swing!

Wow – almost 4 months since my last post that could be described as vaguely technical. It’s amazing how time flies when you’re having fun. (Although there may be a hint of irony in that statement.)

Work has been insane for various reasons and personal life has been unusually involved too so I’ve really had no inclination to blog, far less time. In fact, I ended up having to cancel my attendance at both MOTS and Openworld because I really couldn’t justify the time away in September and have had no time to work on presentations properly. I know I’ll miss both events once I start reading all of the blog posts but I’m trying not to think about it too much and hopefully my abstract for UKOUG is accepted and I can catch up with people there.

However, work has thrown up several interesting things to blog about to add to the already long list, so now that things have calmed down a little I’m hoping to get back into the swing of things again.

  1. Doug,

Whilst I was looking forward to the chance to meet up at this year’s OOW (as always), I hope you have a chance to relax a bit and “decompress”. One of these days perhaps we can meet up in the UK!

    Cheers,

    Mark

    1. Yeah, I’m gutted if I’m honest and it’s only going to get worse as people head off to MOTS this week and then OOW, but there’ll be other opportunities 🙂
