Now that I’m back from the UKOUG conference and I’m unlikely to bump into anyone from the Oracle community for the next few months, there’s been a power-struggle in the house to see who should be next up for the free photo publicity.<\/p>\n

Geoffrey, as you can see, wasn’t that keen, but then he’s never that keen on anything really. We’ve only had him about 6 weeks since we rescued him from a gloomy charity shop and we’ve spent the intervening time trying to cheer him up. He seemed to be starting to come round but he wasn’t happy about this photo being taken. He actually looks quite normal when you look at him side-on, but never look straight into Geoffrey’s eyes (or look at the full size image) – he’s too depressing.<\/p>\n

I realise this may defeat the purpose of having a clear, consistent identity, but these guys are about as consistent as it gets I’m afraid. (Oh, and it’s not a stunt. One day I’ll let you see all of them on their proud comfy seat in the sitting room …)<\/p>\n
