So what can I do? I’ve messed around with templates, updated the back-end database and I’m going round in circles.
My problem?
Well <pre> tags are what I’m looking for so that the output of queries are spaced correctly, but IE doesn’t like <br> tags inside <pre> tags and ignores them. Firefox doesn’t.
So maybe I could use <code> tags? But they don’t manage the white space properly. Or at least, I haven’t got them to yet.
No doubt I’ll fix it, but I’ve already held up our night out and I’m not too popular as a result 🙁 If anyone has any bright ideas, feel free to point me in the right direction …
